    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I ran it on other pc and it worked fine with GUI and a subscription option however that does not seem to be the case on my machine. I even formatted my PC and still unable to "run" it. i tried selecting eos utility on OBS but it just crashes the OBS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Webcam Utility is a device driver. &amp;nbsp;That means it is supposed to run in the background just like a mouse or printer driver would.. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I draw a comparison to a mouse or printer driver because it does not use or offer a GUI when you use the mouse. &amp;nbsp;However, there is a configuration GUI for users to configure their mouse. &amp;nbsp;Apps are then able to select the device when and if it is needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Be aware that there are BOTH software and hardware prerequisites that need to be in order to run the app. &amp;nbsp;Just because a platform is running Windows 10 is insufficient. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, upgraded Windows operating systems from previous versions are not supported. &amp;nbsp;The older platforms that ran Windows 7/8 were built differently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
