EOS Webcam Utility Pro only shows logo screens instead of camera feed

Hi all,

I was trying to connect my EOS R with my laptop via wireless to do a live stream but for some reason, the screens keep showing black with white "EOS Webcam Utility" text on it. As you can see from the pictures, I was able to successfully connect 2 devices.

Does anybody have solutions for this?

This seems to be EOS Webcam Pro. Is that correct? Do you have a paid subscription?

Yes, I am on the free trial period of the paid subscription.

Have you tried to first get it working with just one camera and then the other camera?

I have the same issue, sort of. But I also go one step further as the actual utility doesn't even open,
Webcam utility not installing/doesn't work. (two issues)
