Trouble linking Speedlite 580EX II to Yongnuo transmitter

Hi there! I have a Canon 580EX II and a Canon 430EX III-RT and I'm trying to link them through a YN-E3-RT II and even after following all the steps I managed to get the 430 linked to the transmitter but not the 580. Can I link two different flashes via a transmitter?

Are you trying to link them via RF? The 580EX II does not have RF capability, wireless optical only.

yes its optcal only to link both and the 580 must be the master or if you have a 00d series not shure about rebles. you can

opticly link the pop up flash as a master use both as optical slave units.
