    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new&amp;nbsp;MT-26EX-RT back in 2021 and could have sworn I registered it on the Canon website. I sign in to my account and click 'View All' on the 'My registered products' page. All my Canon equipment (including an MT-24EX which I also own) shows except my&amp;nbsp;MT-26EX-RT. I click 'Register a New Product' at bottom of page. On 'Register a New Product' page I choose 'Macro Twin Lite MT-26EX-RT' and it shows message 'You have not registered this product yet.' I enter the serial number from the 'Canon Dealer Record' card (and box) and the other required fields and click 'Next Step'. Message appears saying 'Serial number already registered.' There is no serial number on the flash unit itself, just the card and box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, it doesn't show in my list and I can't register it. I vaguely recall already registering it. How do I get this fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called that number 2/26/2026. The person I talked to said there was some sort of error condition with my prior registration and took down the info for my product.&amp;nbsp; They said they would manually enter my registration.&amp;nbsp; It's 3/10/2026 and my product still doesn't show up in my registered products list.&amp;nbsp; All my others products (6 lenses, 2 bodies, 1 flash) do show up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't show up in my list and when I try to re-register the website says the SN is already in use.&amp;nbsp; Why can't the existing registration entry with that SN just be deleted from the database so I can re-register my product? Should be simple fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
