That flash relies on an EOS Digital camera with the external speedlite control menu. To set High Speed Sync/ FP flash. Without that camera menu you cannot set that. You need a Canon EX speedlite with an LCD screen to set that. Or an older model such as the 420EX to set it directly on the speedlite itself.
