Can someone tell me if the Canon off-camera shoe cord 2 is compatible with the Canon Speedlite 600EX II-RT?

Yes, the Off Camera Shoe Cord 2 is compatible with the 600EX II-RT.

The Off Camera Shoe Cord 2 is an older version of the current OC-E3.
