EOS R10: Trying to sync Speedlite EL-100 Flash using Speedlite Transmitter ST-E10

I'm trying to sync el-100 speed lites to an r10 mirror less using the st-e10 transmitter but I'm struggling to have them trigger wirelessly.

Any advice on how I can set this up, greatly appreciate it!!

Unfortunately this combination will never connect.

You have the ST-E10 which only communicates with radio wireless, and the Speedlite EL-100 which only communicates with optical wireless.

You will need either an older Speedlite with RT in the model name, or one of the newer Speedlite EL-5 or EL-10 models to be able to use them off-camera with the ST-E10 on the camera.
