I want to turn the flash on all the times with my canon 6d mark II. How do i alway turn the flash on? Sorry for newbie question.

With the flash in the hot shoe of your camera, as long as the flash is turned on, it will always fire.

Is it not firing for you?

Sometime fire and sometime not. I thought I did something wrong. So in this case, something wrong with my flash?

The first thing to check is the batteries. Does it sometimes misfire even with new batteries?
