430EX III RT Master/Slave Question

I am an older slightly non tech beginning photographer. I have a Canon 70D camera and a 430EX III RT speedlite. I have searched to see if my 70D can act as a Master with its built in flash and the speedlite act as a slave and I cannot understand if that is possible or not. Certainly dont see any way to set that up thru the 70D Menu. Can you please advise?

Thank you sooooo much. Plus I did not know that I needed to refer sometimes to the PDF Manual since I have the little paper book. Now I do!

The PDF manual is about 400 pages - just a little more info than the paperback!
