Will the Canon 277T Speedlite work safely on a 5D Mark 2?

I have had this Speedlite sitting around for awhile now and was just curious If it will work on my 5D Mark 2 without damaging the camera.

Yes, it will work fine. But it's an old thyristor manual flash, so you'll have to set the ISO and aperture on the flash to match the camera settings.
