    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to a person who captureontouch is working and got the version of driver and captureontouch and went to the other computer, cleaned off all driver and captureontouch. then installed the driver and captureontouch to the non working computer. It did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;driver 1.3.7488&amp;nbsp; X64&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;captureontouch x64 4.5.3021&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;windows 10 x64 21H2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are installing Scanner DR-160-ii for the user's laptops. Recently, we get the issue "An error has occurred with the ISIS driver. [Error:80FD13A6]. It still works with the DR-160 driver, the previous driver, but it cannot work with DR-160ii.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please support.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10, yes the error happens with CaptureOnTouch. So far, it does not work with many laptops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We updated the last windows software, tried to install the driver from CD, or from Cannon website; log in with different users; changed different Cannon Scanners M160ii; re-installed driver.... The same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when we install the previous Driver (DR-160), the OneFormula software works well with the newer Cannon Scanner DR-160ii&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank ArthurJ very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We try it, unluckily, it does not work too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, we try to un-install DR-160ii driver, then install DR-160 on some laptops and they works. But we do not know it will work for all the rest users or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am finding I have the same issue with a user, then was informed there are multiple of these scanner deployed and all get the ISIS driver error stated above. Windows 10 x64m I went back and installed the x86 driver as well incase the captureontouch will use the 32 bit driver. I received the same error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to point out, when using Windows Fax and Scan, it works, I am guessing the issue more with the Captureontouch software issue. We use a lot of different driver ( required) county government required on all images.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the County is migrating to Windows 11, which, I have on my computer. I used the driver and CaptureonTouch listed above and it is working. I was hoping it would be still broke, so I can call the Technical phone number. it isn't so I am in process of taking the client laptop to delve deeper into the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to get the laptop from the client to troubleshoot this further. I removed all other application that would be a scanner related software that the local government is using. I also removed all application from Canon from App &amp;amp; Features. I installed from the software from the CDROM that came with the scanner. It is still not working and getting the ISIS driver error at the top of the thread. I ran the registry fix it stated it found one item and issue persist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok, Captureontouch has issues, I am able to scan to file using Windows Fax and Scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reverted back to an older application that came with Canon Scanner called CapturePerfect 3.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It had one issue that can be resolved by searching "Failed to copy file"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
