      <title>canon cr-120 check scanner - jamming on feeder  - any help to resolve this ongoing issue?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The bank uses Canon CR-120 check scanner to scan and image all the transactions.&amp;nbsp; We are on a daily basis working with the department on check/documents jamming slowing down their productivity.&amp;nbsp; We have a new scanner, already replaced the rollers, still encountering jams.&amp;nbsp; I do not know if it is the paper stock? The environment?&amp;nbsp; operator?&amp;nbsp; Any ideas or anyone else have/had this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brenda&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
