    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I had the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the support line at 800-423-2366 and got it to work. I had too many apps opened so there wasn't enough memory for the driver to install. Try&amp;nbsp; force quitting everything then install the app and the driver. If that doesn't work I called the above 800 number and only waited about 5 minutes to get support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
