      <description>&lt;P&gt;Driver for Image Formula RS40 on Mac Tahoe 26&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am running Mac OS Tahoe 26.1 and cannot use my scanner after the update.&amp;nbsp; When I try to use it I get this error message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;“CaptureOnTouch” is damaged and can’t be opened.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if there is a work around or updated driver that can patch this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For this type of issue, please call our Imaging Solutions Group at 1-800-423-2366, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).&amp;nbsp; I understand that the forum may be your preferred method of communication; however, these steps need to be provided by phone with a technician assisting you through it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Call our Imaging Solutions Group&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Wait until you are asked to select a product. When you get that prompt, press 1.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When you get the second prompt, press 2.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called the support line at 800-423-2366 and they got it to work. I had too many apps opened so there wasn't enough memory for the driver to install. Try force quitting everything then install the app and the driver. If that doesn't work I called the above 800 number and only waited about 5 minutes to get support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This worked perfectly!!!&amp;nbsp; I closed out everything and then re-installed the driver and it works great!&amp;nbsp; Thank you for this solution!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
