    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Thanks for your reply. I have contacted the support team at Canon, but no one seems to be able to fix my issue. When I connect my scanfront 300, it works fine, but with scanfront 400 it keeps giving me "Failed to send the files error (E0003)". I am running a standalone windows 11 pro for workstation and when I ping the workstaion from the scanner screen it finds the ip address and I can run the scanner GUI from my workstation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stuck and may have to return the scanner. I was hoping to make it work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded my scanner from Scanfront 300 to the 400 model. I am running it on a stand alone windows 11 workstation. No Domain. I have setup a shared folder in my computer and have shared it with the user Canon. When I try to scan to the folder I get " Faild to send files (E0001)". The scanner is connected to the network and I can it from my computer using the scanner's ip address, but scanning to the shared folder is not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The setup is the same as what it was with the Scanfront 300.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, when I scan multiple pages, each page is scanned as a separate file. How can I get it to scan all pages to a single file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any help you can provide.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For this type of issue, please call our Imaging Solutions Group at 1-800-423-2366, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).&amp;nbsp; I understand that email may be your preferred method of communication; however, these steps need to be provided by phone with a technician assisting you through it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Call our Imaging Solutions Group&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Wait until you are asked to select a product. When you get that prompt, press 1.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When you get the second prompt, press 2.&lt;/LI&gt;
