they cut off support, and you can't get drivers. making the device unusable. will never get another canon anything again.

If you are having an issue getting a Canon scanner driver for an obsolete printer you could try VueScan by Hamrick Software.

If you want help, provide some information.....what is the device, what operating system is the computer, what have you done so far....?

Canon imageformula R10. Has not worked with any of the latest Mac OS upgrades for ove 6 months. On Tahoe 26. Why doesn't Canon provide firmware updates for this portable unit?

I suggest you upgrade it on a system where it is properly detected. I would not use a beta OS as my platform.
