    <description>&lt;P&gt;We keep getting a "Not enough memory" error when scanning. We've already tried different solutions found in the manufacturer's support website (see links below). They can troubleshoot this issue in real time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
