&lt;P&gt;Note, you do not need to remove old or stale products from you list of registered devices, but it's a good idea to keep organized &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Leaving the old one there will not hurt either way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Receipt and proof of purchase&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You said you purchased from Amazon.&amp;nbsp; You have several options here.&amp;nbsp; If you review your orders and click on the purchase, It will allow you to print the invoice.&amp;nbsp; You can print it as a .PDF and save it as a document.&amp;nbsp; Just change the save as dialog to .PDF.&amp;nbsp; This feature is included with Windows or Mac OS.&amp;nbsp; You can also take a screen capture and save it as a .JPEG. This is also included with Windows or Mac OS.&amp;nbsp; Either of these can be uploaded as a receipt after entering the serial number, purchase place and date of purchase.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In order to &lt;STRONG&gt;delete an old product&lt;/STRONG&gt; you no longer own.&amp;nbsp; Visit the my products listing in your&amp;nbsp; MyCanon account.&amp;nbsp; Click on the product entry and then click on the pen (edit) symbol which will give you the option to delete the product from list of registered devices (profile).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to register a new product - CanoScan LiDE 300</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new CanoScan LiDE 300 from Amazon the other day but can't find any way to register it, although I've spent about an hour trying!&amp;nbsp; First, I was unable to remove the previous one from my list of products. Then, when I finally got to the right place to register the new one, I couldn't complete the process because my receipt is in the form of an e-mail, which I can only get as a .txt document. I've had a problem with scouring the CanonUSA site for ages to get help before so I'm not really surprised, but it is extremely frustrating. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
