    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded to windows 11 computer and since the upgrade I constantly Scanner is not ready. (Power may have been cycled.) Try operation again (-4400).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have un installed all&amp;nbsp; the drivers and reinstalled twice.&amp;nbsp; I have run the registry fixes, I have run Microsoft trouble shooting on the system and nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens after the computer goes into power save mode and then gets woken up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#DR-M160II&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#Windows 11&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Additional items.&amp;nbsp; We are running captureonTouch version 5.3.1024.1128.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also tried the client mode set to citrix per some suggestions we found but this has not solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
