On these instructions is a weburl to the specific drivers for this model scanner. I'm unsure of the other models but I know specifically for this model, the scanner software Canon says to pull the download from is an outdated version and will not work. There is a similar driver download under the Driver Support page on Canon's website that has the correct version of the drivers.
