    <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed the set up instructions from the manual however on Canon IJ Scan Utility Lite whenever I click photo (or any of the options) it only scans and gives me a plain white image instead of the photo in the scanner. Does anyone please have any advice on how to fix this issue? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is no driver listed for that device on the macOS 15 section of the support site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a driver for macOS 14; you could try that. If that doesn't work then the device isn't compatible with macOS 15. There is a pay option; you could try VueScan by Hamrick Software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Even though it happens w/o VueScan file a trouble report. They may have a resolution.&lt;/P&gt;
