      <title>Ranger driver for imageFORMULA CR-L1 &amp; CR-50 not working after latest Windows 11 update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I open my ranger for my check scanner after installing the last two Windows 11 updates (KB5049622) and (KB5050009) it tells me that the transport is dead. After I uninstal both updates and reboot the computer several times the scanner starts to work again. Any insight?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We just encountered the same issue but did not know the issue was present until today. We can't uninstall the KB5050009 update since its a security update and has been over a month since the install.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;@Danny What is Canon going to do to fix this with the Ranger driver? Do I need to open a support case?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
