    <description>&lt;P&gt;Got it running now, the driver has to be reinstalled:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start device manager: Win+R and then enter "devmgmt.msc"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disable scanner-device: section Imaging Devices -&amp;gt; Canon Scanner&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Update driver:&lt;BR /&gt;Right click update drivers&lt;BR /&gt;Select "Browse my computer for drivers"&lt;BR /&gt;Select "From a list of available drivers on my computer"&lt;BR /&gt;Select current driver&lt;BR /&gt;Install&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was using my &lt;A href="https://www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer/products/scanners/imageformula/p-series/imageformula-p-150.html" target="_self"&gt;Canon imageFORMULA P-150&lt;/A&gt; on Windows 11 for the last years without problems. However after todays upgrade to 24H2 the Start-Button in the CaptureOnTouch-Software is disabled. Does anyone has an idea?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device manager shows the scanner without any errors. The CaptureOnTouch-Software does even open if I git the button on the scanner. But another button does not start the scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only after downgrading to 23H2 it worked again. So it must have something to do with the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Stephen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following your link to Canon USA advisory it says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"2. From the Windows Start menu, select CaptureOnTouch &amp;gt; System Configuration to launch the System Configuration tool."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I've been trying to figure out how to acchieve the "CaptureOnTouch &amp;gt; System Configuration" -part. I navigate to the Windows Start menu and write "CaptureOnTouch" in the search field and the only thing that pops up is CaptureOnTouch. There is no such option as "CaptureOnTouch &amp;gt; System Configuration" available. Left click, right click, run as administrator&amp;nbsp; - none of thosse let my access CaptureOnTouch &amp;gt;System Configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The situation is irritating. I uninstalled the problematic Windows update 24H2 but it did not solve the issue. Requesting for precise step-by-step instructions how to access the System Config settings as mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Google searched for "CaptureOnTouch Pro V5" and downloaded it from the Canon support website. Uninstalled the old application and installed ProV5. That gives me the options detailed here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/Unable-to-scan-using-CaptureOnTouch-on-Windows-11-24H2-imageFORMULA-DR-R-series-scanners" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/Unable-to-scan-using-CaptureOnTouch-on-Windows-11-24H2-imageFORMULA-DR-R-series-scanners&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thats got me a workaround and got me going again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
