    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a DR-M260 scanner that will sometimes give me an error message on Windows 11 that reads. Can't talk to scanner, check cables and power.[Error Code=36]&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If I restart the scanner itself, and it will come back and start communicating. I have contacted my IT department, and they have removed and re-installed the software for the scanner and have checked all power settings on the USB plugs, as well as tried replacing the USB cable. I have had it happen twice in the past 30 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
