    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the update to MacOS Sequoia i have experienced the following issues while using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;CaptureOnTouch (for Mac)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• &lt;STRONG&gt;Scanner timed out&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;warnings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• &lt;STRONG&gt;No paper in scanner&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;messages when paper is loaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• Multiple instances where the scanner fails to scan, requiring us to power it off or even unplug it for a reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• The need to manually select the scanner before each use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• Occasional full system shutdowns to restore functionality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;To add to this I'm unable to use other scanning software because there are no drivers listed for MacOS Sequoia and no other software is able to detect the scanner.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Please disconnect the scanner from your computer and then click the link below and download/install the Mac setup file listed&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://soft.canon-elec.co.jp/ims/r50/en/" target="_blank"&gt;https://soft.canon-elec.co.jp/ims/r50/en/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the scanner is installed, you can download the CaptureOnTouch updated software from the link below;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-r50-office-document-scanner" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-r50-office-document-scanner&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After both files are installed, reconnect the scanner and open CaptureOnTouch and try to scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
