    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on Mac OS Sequoia and can't get my ImageFormula R10 scanner working. &amp;nbsp;I've tried to update the firmware and the software and still nothing. &amp;nbsp;I see that the driver is only for OS 14 so I installed that but still no luck. &amp;nbsp;I DID have it working about a week ago - but now nothing. &amp;nbsp;I would actually rather use CaptureOnTouch vs CaptureOnTouch Lite but that doesn't work either. &amp;nbsp;I took a look at permissions in the OS and nothing helped. &amp;nbsp;Do I HAVE to use the CaptureOnTouch software for this scanner or can someone suggest an alternate utility? &amp;nbsp;If I can't either get OnTouch or an alternate software program to work, I'll have to return it. &amp;nbsp;Why is this scanner so non-intuitive???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, it seems to now work under Sequoia just fine. &amp;nbsp;I don’t think I did anything other than maybe restart my MacBook.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep trying. &amp;nbsp;Maybe restart your Mac. &amp;nbsp;Mine eventually started working under Sequoia.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
