I want to start scanning from the paper on the front of the tray not starting from the one in the back, how is that possible ?&nbsp;</P><P>2. Inside the box I have the KOFAX VRS CD but I can't use a CD in my laptop, so when I try to download it online, it request A SN , however, when I insert the serial number it just doesn't go through ?
