    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an R40 scanner for a year or two years and I recently changed my computer, which is a Samsung Book 4 Edge. I tried to install it exactly as it says in the manual, but even though I connect it to the computer, restart it, or try it in various ways, the computer does not detect it. I tried it with another computer to see if it could be the cable but on that one it did detect it, I tried to see if it could also be that the USB port is malfunctioning and it isn't either. Therefore, I don't know why, even after installing the drivers and following the instructions, it still doesn't detect and I can't scan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
