I tried to install it exactly as it says in the manual, but even though I connect it to the computer, restart it, or try it in various ways, the computer does not detect it. I tried it with another computer to see if it could be the cable but on that one it did detect it, I tried to see if it could also be that the USB port is malfunctioning and it isn't either.
