    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I tried downloading the Windows 10 driver for scanner model: "&lt;STRONG&gt;imageFORMULA DR-X10C II Production Document Scanner"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Link: &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/document-scanner/imageformula-dr-x10c-ii-production-document-scanner/imageformula-dr-x10c-ii-production-document-scanner" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/document-scanner/imageformula-dr-x10c-ii-production-document-scanner/imageformula-dr-x10c-ii-production-document-scanner&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I still couldn't get Capture Perfect 3.0/3.1 or the Capture On Touch PC software to recognize the scanner connected via USB. It seems to come up in Device Manager as a "Kofax" scanner under "Imaging devices." Windows Update option doesn't seem to fetch the right driver, and pointing to location of driver download files from the Canon site doesn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I connect older scanner model "imageFORMULA DR-X10C" then it works with PC just fine. Also, I noticed the driver download page for both "&lt;STRONG&gt;imageFORMULA DR-X10C&lt;/STRONG&gt;" &amp;amp; "&lt;STRONG&gt;imageFORMULA DR-X10C II" &lt;/STRONG&gt;look the same on the Canon site, too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I missing something or is the Canon site providing the incorrect drivers for the newer "imageFORMULA DR-X10C II" model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
