DR-M140 seems not to work in macOS Sonoma

Hello folks,

I'm having this issue with the DR-M140 scanner - when I try to launch CaptureOnTouch, I get the following error:

"Error
Some of the Installed drivers) is not compatible latest CaptureOnTouch.
Please update following drivers) or remove from your Mac.
Driver name: DR-M140
Driver folder path:
/Library/Image Capture/TWAIN Data
Sources/DRM140.ds"

I couldn't find a driver in usa.canon.com to work in Sonoma - is there any?

Config:

- Canon DR-M140

- MacBook Pro 16 inch Nov 2023, Apple M3 Max running macOS Sonoma 14.3

Hi,

While there are no drivers for Sonoma, you can try the drivers for the previous operating system. Please click HERE and select software and drivers. Then change the operating system listed from Sonoma to Ventura. You will then be able to download and install the TWAIN driver and CaptureOnTouch software.
