      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is usually an indication of a corrupt or damaged boot ROM.&amp;nbsp; Did the device experience any power related anomalies.&amp;nbsp; Surge, dip, etc?&amp;nbsp; Winter storms.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try unplugging the device, then pressing and holding the power button for 30 sec.&amp;nbsp; Then reconnect to power and attempt to start it again.&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't help, the device will likely require service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The DR-150 has a 3 yr warranty, and e-CarePak options are also available.&amp;nbsp; You can visit MyCanon to see what support options are available.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin/" target="_blank"&gt;MyCanon&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
