Need Plugins for CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro for image formula DR-G1130

I have moved my DR-G1130 scanner to a new PC.

Canon recommended the Driver to download is CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro . I downloaded the driver and I can scan documents to a file.

I would like to scan documents and email them directly. To do this I need a plugin for the CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro for my DR-G1130. Have searched all over - no luck. Can anyone point me or email me the plugins:

You need CaptureOnTouch Pro v4.5 for SMTP email.

This download is from the Canon Canada website. I am not sure if it will work.

CaptureOnTouch SMTP plug-in (custhelp.com)

I do not know your location or where your product was purchased. If it was intended for sale in another region, it is not possible to register it in the US. Software can be region specific also.
