    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are still getting a driver error with the R10. &amp;nbsp;I was able to get the P-215II working on one computer but not on the computer we most need a scanner on. Any reason that would be?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When will there be a driver for Sonoma?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have an ImageFORMULA P-215II and a ImageFORMULA R10 that we're unable to use since we purchased new Macs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The most up to date driver for the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;P-215II&amp;nbsp;can be found &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-p-215ii-mobile-document-scanner" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. As for the R10, this scanner is a plug an play scanner and does not have drivers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the scanner is not detected, try a different USB port or if connected to a laptop, make sure the laptop is connected to an outlet and not running off battery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It could be a security setting on the computer that is not allowing the R10 to open correctly when plugged in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
