      <title>LIDE 300 Installation of scan gear stops at 3</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a windows 11 HP laptop. I purchased a new LIDE 300 scanner. The installation fails at 3 during the scan gear section of install. Software indicated installation failure. Click back to top and restart set up.YES id did fo;;ow directions and restart set up but with same results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be sending this back pending support assistance. Any help would be appreciated. I tried CD ROM as well as software download from Canon site. Both failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
