      <title>Imageformula RS40 not connecting to Windows 11 PC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just unpacked the photo scanner an as per the instruction downloaded the software. The installation gets as far as connecting the USB cable (and then turn on scanner) but does not recognize any connection. The port on the PC is fine (tried other devices in it). Unplugged/replugged multiple times but does not go any further. #rs40&lt;/P&gt;</description>
