    <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason my response didn’t post. I just tried it, created a my scan folder on C: and scanned. Document was filed in my scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Not sure why yours won't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Folks, any suggestions on the following: Recently purchased a Canon Lide 400 Scanner. I wanted this model as it is capable of scanning and saving multilpe pages into a single PDF output.&amp;nbsp; Driver installed correctly, scans work OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using this scanner on a Windows 11 Pro. desktop, fully updated latest version 22H2, Builld&amp;nbsp;22621.2715.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to change the Application settings, I activated the "Send to Folder" radio button and added a folder "MyScans" which is on C:\myscans. the scanner software accepts and saves the text of the new folder. But when the scan is complete it does not recognise the requested folder but deposits the saved file in the default of "documents". I have tried the new the folder in several diffirent locations to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to solve the please if anyone can help. Thanks Garry&lt;/P&gt;</description>
