The negative fit between the rails of the negative holder without the 35mm frame in place. Unfortunately, the software will NOT let me adjust the height / length of the scan area. Unfortunately, it still nips about a few millimeters from each edge.</P><P>So, will a newer version of the software allow more adjustments? Do I need the negative holder or select film to get a negative scanned?
