      <title>Canon lide 400, calibration needed?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my new canon lide 400.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The images I scan are skewed. The skew is related to the orientation of the image in the scanner. I performed several tests.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used Vuescan and IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really appreciate any help you can provide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please disconnect the scanner from your Windows computer and then delete the scanner from devices and printers. Once the scanner has been removed, please restart your computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the restart, please click&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/canoscan-lide-400" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; and download/install the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CanoScan LiDE 400 Scanner Driver Ver.1.01. Make sure you leave the usb cord disconnected until a message appears in the installer asking you to connect it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once the scanner is installed, place a document or photo on the scanner glass and try to scan again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
