      <title>RS 40 - wont scan  Twain error 80FF0005</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to scan photos and it won't load them.&amp;nbsp; But I had a multi page document and it scanned it perfectly, quickly one sided.&amp;nbsp; Next day, tried another document and got the Twain error 80FF0005.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be corrected?&amp;nbsp; I have boxes of photos to scan and occasionally a document.&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the suggestion:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following process works reliably for me:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Stop the "Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)" service&lt;BR /&gt;(From the Windows Start menu, type "services", click on the WIA entry, select the "stop" link at upper left).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn on scanner and use.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn't work.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
