    <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue with application hangs or lost connectivity when running scanner using Kofax VRS. Scanner has to be powered off/on to clear. Machine can run a few days without problem or as short as every batch, but it returns. Scanning to DocuWare and then transfer over network. Want to use Service Tool, but not included with bundle or available on Canon website. How can it be obtained?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
