I have a Canon CanoScan LiDE 110 scanner that has been working great for years... however I've not been able to use it since I upgraded my laptop to a 2021 Macbook Pro with the M1 chip and MacOS 12.1 Monterey.

I do not see any drivers available for this version of my OS, so I tried the latest available driver that I saw for this scanner: LiDE 110 Scanner Driver Ver.18.2.0 (Mac), but the scanner is still not recognized by my laptop.

Help?

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded VueScan to give it a shot. Unfortunately, the UI is pretty rough, can’t seem to auto detect separate items (e.g. when scanning multiple photos at once), and still costs $100.

if VueScan just released a driver that would allow me to use the scanner with other software for a lesser price, I’d gladly buy that. Scanning with Preview.app is free, fast and much more intuitive to use. I’d rather continue using it.
