I am attempting to have our ImageFormula DR-9080C scan both sides of a document through CapturePerfect 3.1, but despite selecting either 'Duplex' or 'Skip Blank Page' it will on scan one side of the document. This opens a "Caution" window.

The caution window reads "Scanning side is set to front-side and back-side or skip blank page, but scan front side only. Do you continue this scan?"

The scanner settings are listed here:

Mode: 256-Level Gray

Page Size: Auto-Detection

Dots Per Inch: 300 dpi

Scanning Side: Skip Blank Page

Feeding Option: Standard Feeding

Batch Seperation: None
