    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS (build and version) you are using the scanner with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new behavior?&amp;nbsp; Did the scanner ever work?&amp;nbsp; Something happen or change? (Dropped, moved, etc)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you performed any troubleshooting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power cycled the device, reseated the cables, moved the connection to a different port?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error usually indicates a communication failure.&amp;nbsp; Either from damage, hardware failure or inability to communicate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When i start my scanner i get a rumbling noise from the scanner and error code 5,202,52 appears. how do i fix this? Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gerry&lt;/P&gt;</description>
