    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm attempting to upgrade my PRO-100 from firmware 1.1 to the new 1.3.&amp;nbsp; I get to the point where it says it's downloading the new version, but then craps out.&amp;nbsp; Here's the sequence of events:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm connected via USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I start the updater and click to the second page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The white power light of the printer is on and steady.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click the Start button and the power light begins to blink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app says it is preparing the download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app changes its message to say it is now downloading the data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The yellow light on the Continue button immediately starts blinking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not a steady blink, but something like 1 blink, pause, 3 blinks, pause, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After about 15-20 seconds, the app gives up with a message stating that it can't download the data due to some unspecified error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried coming from a reset state and that doesn't help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
