    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1 With the printer power on open the cover and wait for the carriage to appear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2 Unplug the printer from the mains and carefully slide the carriage to gain access to the print cartridges and remove them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3 With a damp cloth or cotton bud clean the print head. (isopropyl alcohol with water works well)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4 Also clean all the contacts on the cartridge and the cartridge slot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5 Leave for 5 minutes and then put the cartridges back in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;6 Try printing&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this doesn't work then you are looking at a faulty cartridge or print head.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My printer got error 9100,after changed the unit carriage,now technician said printer got another error 9200 need to change print head.is that really problem of it?</description>
