      <title>Pixma Pro 100 color</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since my Mac's software updated the color on my prints is horrible. I've used differnt settings and profiles and still have the same problem. All the ink is fresh aswell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Download and install the latest driver from the Canon support site&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Itis 16.40.1.0.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be sure the IJ Series version of the printer is the one showing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks formthe almost instant reply!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing ever runs smoothly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to update the firmware before the driver goes in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The installer has failed repeatedly from my Mac Pro and laptop, on which it is the only usb plugged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the installer twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what the iJ vesion of the printer is.&amp;nbsp; Hown can I tell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Must be the problem, I bet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
