Unable to modify Color Matching or turn off Color Management

I'm printing our profile sheets and have come across a coupel of issues when going to print.

I'm using MAC OS 10.9.2

Under Color Matching, I am unable to select Canon (rather then the preselcted ColorSynch) although the Canon option appears, the selction is greyed out.

Additionally, I cannot locate any drop down box for Color Management, which is supposed to be turned off.

Any help would be appreciated.
