    <description>&lt;P&gt;I removed and reseat all the cartridges and head.&amp;nbsp; Still the cartridges red lights do not work and the computer sends me an error message 1401 "no print head is installed" -&amp;nbsp; All the cartridges are original and are half full&lt;/P&gt;</description>
