Pixma Pro 100 - printing problem

Printing envelopes. First envelope of the bunch has black dots printed on the left side of the envelope. Any idea how to,fix this?

So we can better assist you, please reply with the following information:

1. What operating system is on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or version of Mac OS)?

2. What brand and type of envelope are you trying to print on?

3. Is it just the first envelope that has the black dots printed on it, or subsequent envelopes as well?

4. How many envelopes are being loaded into the printer at one time?

Mac OS X 10.9.3
Number 10 envelopes
Loaded one at a time
The first one has dots

Yesterday I printer an excel two page doc. It was my first print job in a while.
It had some black dots on the side of the page as well
