    <description>&lt;P&gt;Even a pigment ink printer isn't going to print on black paper. You would need white ink. T-shirt printers, for example, lay down white ink first when printjng on black, then lay colored ink down over that. Even silk screening on black first requires a pass with white, then colored ink is screened over it. And lastly, as an artist I can tell you that painting with guoache, acrylic or oil on black gessoed material also requires a layer of white before color.
